Abidemi Adekoya earned her Bachelor's degree in Fisheries from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 2011. She went ahead for a Master's degree in Animal Nutrition and Feed Safety Engineering at Kaposvar University, Hungary in 2017, under the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations-Hungarian Government Scholarship. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the department of Animal Science at Purdue University. Her research focuses on nutrient digestibility in alternative feed ingredients for pigs and chickens. Abidemi plans to graduate in August 2023.
