My name is Jimena Alejandra Ibagon Pardo. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science at the National University of Colombia. I obtained the opportunity to do my bachelor’s internship at South Dakota State University for one year under the supervision of Dr. Tofuko Woyengo. In 2020 I started being part of the Stein Monogastric Nutrition Laboratory as a visiting scholar. In August 2021, I begin my Master's program, under the supervision of Dr. Hans Stein about the Nutritional value of field peas when fed to pigs.
